15-Minute House Hero policies

Data Safety

Last updated: August 17, 2026

This page summarises the data 15-Minute House Hero collects and shares. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

Data collected

Data sharing

Data is not sold, is not used for advertising, and is not shared for advertising or marketing purposes. It is processed on our behalf by service providers — Supabase (authentication and database), RevenueCat (subscription entitlements), Apple and Google (purchase processing), and GitHub (hosting the private repository where bug reports are filed).

Within the app, household members can see the shared progress of other members of the same household. Nothing else is visible to other users.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Access is enforced in the database through row-level security policies tied to your authenticated account.

Optional diagnostics

Telemetry and crash reporting remain disabled unless both the user consent and the remote feature flag are enabled. Only allowlisted aggregate fields and redacted crash frames are processed; no email, names, chore titles, raw IDs, invite tokens, URL query data, or local paths are stored. Retention is 90 days for analytics, 30 days for crashes, and 24 hours for rate-limit fingerprints.

Deletion and user control

You can delete your account and its associated data from Settings → Delete account inside the app. You can edit or delete individual personal chores at any time, leave a household at any time, and turn optional diagnostics on or off in Settings.
